Current payment status
OwnAPart currently provides property discovery, accounts and enquiry tools. This version has no checkout, booking payment, wallet or investment-fund collection flow. There is no platform booking payment to refund through this website.
A minimum investment figure or calculator estimate is information for research. Entering an amount does not authorise a debit, reserve an asset or create ownership.
Cancelling an enquiry or local draft
You can stop preparing a local draft at any time. Remove a saved opportunity using its save control, or clear browser storage to remove device-stored research and drafts.
If you have submitted a property enquiry and no longer want follow-up, tell the OwnAPart team at the support email below, identifying the relevant enquiry. Stopping follow-up does not automatically delete all records; see the Privacy policy for privacy and retention matters.
Separate provider transactions
If you enter into a separate agreement with a property provider, issuer or other party, examine that agreement and confirm the recipient before paying. Its cancellation, allotment, lock-in, refund and exit provisions apply subject to applicable law.
This website does not establish a standard refundable booking period, deduction percentage, processing fee or guaranteed refund timeline. Do not assume a commercial term used by another platform applies to OwnAPart or a particular property.
Unexpected payment requests or debits
Treat an unexpected payment request claiming to come from this website with caution: payment collection is not enabled here. Verify the recipient and payment instructions independently before proceeding.
For an unrecognised or erroneous debit, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and keep the transaction reference, date, amount and beneficiary details. Use the OwnAPart contact if the request claimed to relate to this site. Do not share passwords, PINs or one-time authentication codes.
If a paid service is introduced
Before requesting a payment, the responsible party must make the applicable price, recipient, cancellation conditions, refund eligibility, charges and support route available. Any future paid OwnAPart service will need a policy update appropriate to that service.
No present statement about future refund handling promises an investment exit, repayment of capital or protection from market loss. A refund, cancellation and sale of an ownership interest are different processes.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy removes a right or remedy available under applicable law. Any future transaction-specific terms must be read with the relevant law and signed documentation.
