Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small values sent between a browser and a service. Local storage keeps values in your browser until they are cleared. Session storage keeps values for a browser session. These technologies serve different purposes on OwnAPart.
Account and security cookies
Supabase authentication uses cookies to maintain a signed-in session and support secure sign-in and recovery flows. Session-cookie names and lifetimes are managed by the authentication flow and configuration; they are not advertising identifiers.
Signing out ends the current application session. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent sign-in or protected dashboard features from working.
Preferences, saved research and drafts
The following application storage is used by the current website.
- Theme: the local-storage key theme remembers the light, dark or automatic display choice until you change or clear it.
- Saved opportunities: ownapart-saved-opportunities stores listing IDs on this browser until you remove them or clear site data. It is not a record of completed investments.
- Submission drafts: session-storage keys beginning ownapart-opportunity-draft keep draft fields between submission steps. They are not a completed provider application and normally end with the session, subject to browser restore behaviour.
Embedded maps and other services
Property detail pages embed Google Maps. Loading a map may send network and browser information to Google and allow that service to use its own storage according to its policies and your browser settings.
Authentication, hosting and public gallery delivery also involve service providers. External links open services with their own controls. The current application does not configure an advertising or behavioural-analytics cookie integration.
Managing site data
Use your browser privacy settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage. Browser controls can also restrict third-party cookies. The relevant controls differ by browser and device.
Clearing local storage removes saved opportunities and theme preferences on this browser. Clearing session storage removes drafts. Clearing or blocking authentication cookies can sign you out or interrupt sign-in. Removing browser data does not delete a submitted enquiry or server-held account.
This page explains current storage; it is not a consent manager for third-party embedded services. If optional tracking is introduced, the site will need appropriate updated controls and notices.
