Who and what this policy covers
This policy covers information processed through the OwnAPart website. Zorant Technologies LLP operates OwnAPart. The postal address and contact details are listed below. Third-party websites and services have their own notices.
This notice describes the current account, enquiry and property-research features. A future payment, identity-verification or investment service would need an updated notice explaining its additional processing before that information is collected.
Information you provide
When you create an account, the authentication service processes your name, email address and sign-in credentials. A property enquiry records your name, phone number, opportunity ID, investment amount and any email address or message you provide.
Authorised administrators manage listing descriptions, assumptions, features, FAQs and gallery photographs. Gallery images are public, including images uploaded before they are attached to a published listing. Only upload material suitable for public access.
Contact, consultation, provider and feedback forms record the contact details and information you submit. Profile and preference forms save account details. Completed property submissions include the supplied asset and provider details and any uploaded supporting files. Supporting files are kept in private storage for authorised administrators. Property-wizard draft fields are stored for continuity in your browser session.
Browser and technical information
Authentication uses cookies. Your theme preference and saved opportunity IDs use local storage. Property submission drafts use session storage. The Cookie policy explains these uses and how to clear them.
Hosting, authentication and image-service providers may process IP addresses, device or browser information and operational logs when delivering or securing the service. Loading an embedded map contacts Google and may involve its cookies or similar technology. The current application does not configure advertising trackers or a behavioural analytics integration.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the features you request and operate the marketplace.
- Create, authenticate and secure accounts and apply role-based access.
- Receive property enquiries and allow authorised staff to respond to the contact details you supplied.
- Maintain public listing information and gallery images.
- Remember browser preferences and saved research on your device.
- Investigate errors, abuse or security incidents and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Your calculator input does not place an investment. The amount is sent to OwnAPart when you include it in a submitted property enquiry.
Who can access submitted information
Admins can manage account roles. Admins and authorised staff can review property enquiries, including contact details and messages. Admins and staff granted Form responses access can review contact, consultation, provider, feedback, profile, preference and property-submission responses and their supporting attachments. A listing-owner role does not by itself grant access to investor enquiries. Passwords are not displayed in the account-management dashboard.
Supabase provides authentication and hosted records and files. Hosting and embedded-map providers process information needed for their services. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to address a substantiated security or legal matter. The current application has no advertising audience or data-sale integration.
Storage, location and safeguards
Account and enquiry records, listing metadata and uploaded images use the configured Supabase project. Server-only credentials and access checks restrict administrative operations. Listing photographs are deliberately public assets.
Processing locations depend on the configured hosting and service providers and may be outside India. This notice does not claim India-only storage. Technical safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that information is never lost, accessed without permission or disclosed.
Retention and removal
The current service keeps submitted account and enquiry records until they are removed through an authorised administrative process. There is no automatic expiry configured for these records. Some records may need to be retained for a legal obligation, security investigation or dispute.
Removing a photograph from a listing removes its gallery reference; the uploaded file and copies in caches may remain until separately removed. Browser-stored research stays on your device until you clear it or remove the saved items. Session drafts normally end with the browser session, subject to the browser restoring that session.
Your choices and privacy requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future enquiry follow-up. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed or override a legal retention obligation.
Use the privacy contact below and identify the account or enquiry concerned. Do not send passwords, full payment-card data or unnecessary identity documents. Identity or account ownership may need to be verified before a request is acted on. The current account settings page does not provide automated account deletion.
You can sign out and use browser controls to remove site cookies, local storage and session storage. This can remove saved research or drafts and may prevent some account features from working.
Children and information about others
The account service is intended for adults. Do not submit information about a child or another person without an appropriate basis and permission. If information has been submitted in error, use the policy contact to identify it.
